Myofascial Release
Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds organs, blood vessels, bones, nerve fibers, and muscles in place. As a result of physical traumas — such as recurring pain, injury, surgery, and pregnancy — fascia tightens, dries, and develops deep tissue scarring. Myofascial release lengthens and lubricates fascia while breaking down scar tissue. The results are added mobility, greater flexibility, and pain and pressure relief.

Facial Tapping — A Chinese medicinal practice using fingertips to tap on key energy points along the head, face, and collar bones. Facial tapping boosts collagen, refines skin tone, and encourages the appropriate muscles to contract, resulting in a natural lift.
Facial Cupping — Silicone cups glide across body tissue while gently creating space between the skin and the bone. Facial cupping alleviates sinus congestion and headaches, reduces puffiness, softens deep lines and wrinkles, and stimulates collagen.
Cold Masks — Cooling masks constrict the skin and blood vessel walls, which reduces the appearance of facial veins, broken capillaries, and the size of pores. Cold masks promote tissue healing, boost collagen, and reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness around the eyes.
